Dear colleagues! It is a great pleasure to invite you to the anniversary 22nd Asia-Pacific Conference on Fundamental Problems of Opto- and Microelectronics (APCOM-2024)
Asia-Pacific Conferences on Fundamental Problems of Opto- and Microelectronics (APCOM) has been launched in 2000 in Vladivostok, Russia. Afterwards China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Russia have been taking turns hosting this significant scientific event.APCOM-2024 will be held in Vladivostok, Russia at the Far Eastern Federal University from 23 through 27 of September this year. Vladivostok is the capital of Primorye Province and the biggest city of the Far East of Russia. Vladivostok is a sea harbor, scientific, educational and culture center. Twelve institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and also seven universities are located in Vladivostok. Vladivostok attracts tourists from the world by its architecture, unique geographical position and nice nature. The weather here is pretty pleasant in September. You could either go visit Russky Island where there is one of the biggest aquariums in the world or enjoy the delicious seafood in many restaurants of city.
The scientific program APCOM-2024 includes oral and poster sessions, within which plenary, invited, oral and poster presentations will be presented. The official language of the conference is English.

Conference format:
The APCOM-2023 will be held in the hybrid mode: online & on-site. The conference technical program will include plenary sessions, invited lectures, oral and poster sessions. The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts, report illustrations, and presentations must be prepared in English. Papers to be presented at seminars and poster sessions will be selected by Program Committee on the basis of accepted abstracts. Preferences will be given to young researchers, postgraduates and senior students. Official languages of the Conference is English.
